Globally, our primary Corporate Social Responsibility efforts leverage our 80 years of expertise in nutrition to improve the nutritional health and wellness of individuals around the world.

Local collaboration

Amway is committed to providing community grants in support of non-profit organizations and programs that share the same focus areas. The Amway grant program is currently available to organizations in our World Headquarters location of Kent County, Michigan, USA. To explore if your organization is eligible for program funding, carefully review the criteria below.

Seeking a grant in Kent County, Michigan?

Are you eligible?

  • The applicant must be a 501(c)(3) nonprofit
  • The offices of the organization are located, and primarily serves, the eligible region
  • Application must demonstrate the community need AND have associated outcomes
  • We will consider funding a portion of the proposed project
  • If the applicant is a house of worship, it must demonstrate that it operates a social service program that is open to the public and involves no religious activities
  • Collaborative projects will be given priority

What’s the process?

  1. Review our focus areas
  2. Complete application online
  3. Amway Grant Committee will respond with a decision within 60 days
  4. Annually, one application per organization will be considered
  5. We may request a meeting or site visit to help us better understand your organization or program

AMWAY DOES NOT SUPPORT THE FOLLOWING

  • Individuals seeking personal help, travel support, scholarships or loans
  • Individual or team endorsements
  • General awareness campaigns
  • Marketing sponsorships, cause marketing or advertising projects
  • Movie, film or television documentaries
  • Political, legislative or lobbying organizations
  • Religious endeavors
  • School athletic teams, bands, choirs, publications and advertisements
  • Sporting and fundraising events (golf scrambles, run/walks, little leagues, etc.)
  • Athletic teams
  • Product donation/auction requests
  • Organizations located outside Kent County, MI

Nutrition

Access to Critical Nutrition

Removes barriers to healthy, quality, and affordable foods for Kent County residents

Primary goal: To increase critical nutrition access for community residents

Additional consideration given to programs incorporating physical activity


Nutrition Education

Provides nutritional education to Kent County residents

Primary goal: Increase the number of residents receiving nutrition education
