Alex Yeung serves as the Chief Information Officer (CIO) for Amway. In this position, Yeung is responsible for providing vision and leadership to the Global IT organization, ensuring focus on Amway’s strategic agenda and taking into account a constantly evolving, highly competitive global technology environment.

Yeung joined Amway in 2011 as Vice President of Business Excellence for the Greater China Region, where he demonstrated strong leadership by driving the region’s Strategic Operating Model efforts and leading its internal audit function. In 2012, he was promoted to Regional CIO for Greater China where he led a transformation of the region’s IT infrastructure and applications architecture from an offline support model to an agile, business-driven model.

Prior to joining Amway, Yeung held a series of leadership positions in finance and business operations throughout China, Hong Kong and Southeast Asia. Yeung holds a bachelor’s degree in Accounting from City University of Hong Kong, and a master’s degree in Business Administration from Oklahoma City University. He is a member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (UK) and the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
