Giusy Buonfantino is Chief Digital & Marketing Officer for Amway. In this role, she leads the company’s global digital and marketing organizations, and is responsible for designing and executing strategies to drive sustained growth across Amway’s portfolio of brands, such as Nutrilite and Artistry. She also leads design and delivery for Amway’s online, mobile and social shopping experiences.
Prior to joining Amway in 2020, Buonfantino served as Chief Marketing Officer at Kimberly-Clark and helped lead the company’s digital transformation. Before being promoted to Chief Marketing Officer, she served as president of Kimberly-Clark’s North America Baby and Child Care business, where she was responsible for the North America P&L, innovation, manufacturing, sales and marketing for popular brands such as Huggies®, Pull-Ups® and GoodNites®.
Prior to joining Kimberly-Clark in 2011, Buonfantino spent 18 years with Johnson & Johnson in a variety of global marketing and general management roles within the U.S. and Europe. In June 2016, she began serving on the Board of Directors for Carter’s Corporation, a major American designer and marketer of children’s apparel.
She is a native of Italy and received a PPE degree in Political and Economic Science from Sapienza Università di Roma.
