Executive D&I Council

Our Global Executive D&I Council is helping to identify and monitor goals, and is driving accountability to create a team that is more reflective of our diverse world.

Inclusion Networks

All employees are encouraged to join any (or all) of our Inclusion Networks, such as our Multi-cultural Inclusion Network (MIN), Pride Inclusion Network (PIN), Women's Inclusion Network (WIN), and Amway Young Professionals (AYP). We welcome those who don’t identify as “fitting in” to a specific network to get involved.

Unconscious Bias Training

To find the best talent for open roles, Amway is casting a wider net and working to reduce bias in the process. Everyone involved in the recruitment and hiring process undergoes Unconscious Bias Training.

Targeted Recruiting

To better attract, retain and advance diverse employees in the talent pipeline, we are leveraging new and expanded partnerships with historically Black colleges and universities (HBCUs), diverse professional organizations and other minority-serving institutions.

Education & Awareness

We are building forums for open and honest dialogue; encouraging the sharing of personal stories; hosting Unity Circles and Unity Runs; and amplifying educational resources and trainings, including the Inclusive Environment Learning Journey and Day of Understanding.

Recognizing Juneteenth

To celebrate the end of slavery in the United States, Amway is recognizing Juneteenth as a paid holiday. It’s a day we hope to honor by reflecting on how far we’ve come and how far we still must go in the fight for racial equity.

At Amway, we strive to build a culture of creating equal opportunities, respect and encourage everyone to demonstrate inclusive behavior to support diversity as a business enabler. We are proud to share that Amway India has won the prestigious Gender Equality in the Workplace Award in the Times of India & Ask Insights: Global Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) Awards 2020.
