Anouchah Sanei

Anouchah Sanei is Amway’s Chief Innovation and Science Officer and oversees Amway Innovation and all global research and development for Amway, which includes nearly 1,000 scientists, engineers and technicians throughout more than 100 countries and territories where Amway operates.

Sanei reports directly to Amway CEO Milind Pant and serves on Amway’s Global Leadership Team, Amway’s key executive decision making body focused on global strategy development and delivering meaningful ABO and customer experiences. She also serves on Amway’s Executive Staff comprised of top cross functional executive leaders focused on enhancing company culture, talent capabilities and global market needs.

Sanei brings to Amway more than 25 years of global research and development leadership experience, including positions at the Campbell’s Soup Company, PepsiCo and Nestle. Sanei has extensive international business experience in North America, Europe, China and Asia Pacific.

In 1990, Sanei received a PhD in chemical engineering from the University of  Technology of Compiegne in France and an executive business leadership certification from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.
