Peter Stewart is a business development professional at Neuropeak Pro, a precision breathing, heart-rate variability and brain performance training company that works with elite athletes and individuals to optimize their performance and help them perform their best under pressure.  In this role, he connects with teams, athletes and clients to use science to optimize performance, accelerate recovery and manage stress.

In addition, Peter is a stakeholder in Continuum Ventures and engaged in his family’s leadership of several DeVos family-owned businesses including Wakestream Holdings.

Peter previously served in research-focused roles at Amway and the Van Andel Institute, where he explored a variety of areas including those related to Alzheimer’s disease.

In their philanthropy, Peter and his wife, Monreau DeVos Stewart, give to causes and charities in education, entrepreneurship, and health and wellbeing.  Specifically, they are passionate about providing financial support to causes in mental health, neuroscience and scientific research.

Peter earned a bachelor’s degree in biology, with a minor in neuroscience, from Hope College in Holland, Michigan.  He was captain of the college’s hockey team that, in 2018, won the ACHA Division III national championship.  He has since served as an assistant hockey coach for East Grand Rapids High School.
