Steve Ehmann

Steve Ehmann and his wife, Cheri DeVos Ehmann, are co-owners of Baton Collective, a commercial real estate development and business management company with operations in West Michigan. Baton Collective operates several athletic and youth sports programming facilities across the region, provides shared services for family, and also manages retail, restaurant, commercial and office real estate.

In addition, Steve is the founder, president and owner of Profile Films, a manufacturer of polyethylene products that has become one of the most trusted suppliers of food-grade plastic bags, sheeting and tubing in North America and worldwide. Ehmann started Profile in 1998 following time as an executive leading another polyethylene manufacturer.

A business leader with an entrepreneurial mindset, Steve began his career in 1982 after graduating from Hope College in Holland, Michigan.  Over the course of the next ten years, he led several successful startup retail businesses and served as the leader of the Gaslight Village Business Association.

In addition to his business endeavors, Steve has a heart for his community and supports nonprofit organizations, mostly based in West Michigan. Entities supported by Steve cover a wide variety of causes, including education, arts and culture, student athletes, employment opportunities for individuals with disabilities, and children’s health.

Steve has three children and he and Cheri live in West Michigan.
