No. Amway Business Owners (ABOs) are the only authorized sellers of Amway products. They bring value to customers in the form of personal service and product knowledge gained through valuable training, education, and experience.
Amway has taken legal action against unauthorized sellers in the past and will continue to do so to protect consumers. Products sold via unauthorized channels, such as independent websites, create risk for the consumer because the products could be out of date, spoiled, altered, or even counterfeit. Moreover, they are not covered by our satisfaction guarantee.
Amway also works diligently to protect ABOs’ exclusivity. Amway’s contract with every ABO explicitly states that unauthorized internet selling is prohibited.
