Move every day
Amway scientists concur with the World Health Organization in its recommendations for physical activity. That means at least 150 to 300 minutes of moderate-intensity aerobic physical activity (or 75 to 150+ minutes of vigorous aerobic activity) and muscle-strengthening exercise each week. These are great long-term goals and it’s ok to work up to them. Increasing your energy use during the day by moving as much as possible is important as well.
