Dr. Paul Seehra
VP Global Nutrition and Research, Amway
In his role of Vice President of Global Nutrition and Research at Amway, Dr. Paul Seehra uses his expertise in regenerative medicine, translational science, and global consumer needs to spearhead innovations that aim to improve quality of life and extend healthspan through the application of better science, education, nutrition, and lifestyle interventions.
Dr. Seehra currently leads a global team of researchers and scientists that is redefining industry standards and elevating customer-use experience by leveraging plant-based solutions to address modern health challenges. His dedication to translating scientific research into functional applications has resulted into novel insights, products and regimens that help people drive the healthy lifestyle change they are seeking.
Dr. Seehra has a PhD in Biomedical Engineering from Robert Wood Johnson Medical School, where he also served as a graduate professor. His 20+ year journey at Amway is a testament to his steadfast commitment to continuous learning, meaningful work, and holistic health advocacy.
Holiday Durham
PhD, MS, Registered Dietitian at Amway
Holiday Durham is a Registered Dietitian and Clinical Investigator at Amway on the Innovation and Sciences Solutions Team, leading product solution strategy and development through education, scientific storytelling, research studies, product pairings, and lifestyle programs. She is also an experienced product innovation scientist, having led developments across a variety of portfolios including global women’s and children’s health and nutrition. As a Technical Lead, she has led global multidisciplinary teams to spearhead the development of life-stage products from ideation to global launch. Her responsibilities have included designing products based on customer needs and age-specific needs to meet global nutrient recommendations and fill dietary gaps, while also creating, executing and publishing research studies to highlight the science behind Amway products.
Dr. Durham has a Doctorate in Nutrition from the University of North Carolina, a Master’s in Science in Clinical Research from the Tulane University School of Medicine and a Master’s in Science in Nutrition Science from the University of Tennessee. She has received multiple awards, published over 20 peer-reviewed journal articles and has taught both undergraduate and graduate-level university courses as a faculty and guest lecturer, respectively to further share her expertise.
Will Templeton
Head of Sustainability at Amway
Will Templeton serves as the Head of Sustainability and leads corporate social responsibility at Amway. In this role, he is responsible for bringing Amway’s value to each affiliate market around the world by supporting enterprise environmental sustainability efforts and social impact including traceability, grants and volunteering.
Additionally, Mr. Templeton oversees the Nutricert certification program which ensures suppliers are employing the high level of integrated environmental sustainability practices with renewable ingredients Amway maintains. He also leads the organization’s signature vertical integration “traceability” program, which shows consumers the journey from how ingredients are selected, grown, processed, manufactured, safely tested and packaged before being sold.
Mr. Templeton received his Bachelor of Arts in Business and Marketing from Brunel University.
