Becky Smith

As Chief Financial Officer, Becky Smith leads Amway’s Global Finance team, which includes Accounting, Financial Planning and Reporting, Internal Audit, Treasury, Tax and Global Financial Shared Services divisions. She’s also responsible for Amway Aviation and Hotels. 

Smith reports to CEO Michael Nelson and serves on Amway’s Global Leadership Team, its key decision-making body focused on shaping global strategy, strengthening company culture and enhancing Amway Business Owner and customer experiences. 

Smith joined Amway in 2008. Prior to her current role, she was Vice President of the A70 Transformation Office. Throughout her tenure, she’s held key leadership positions, including Vice President of Global Procurement and Vice President of Global Project Management & Supply Chain Planning. She has also led teams in Global Project Management, Global Direct Procurement and Supply Chain Financial Analysis & Reporting. 

Previously, Smith worked for Chrysler LLC, Michigan State University and Cargill, Inc.

Smith earned a bachelor’s degree in agribusiness management and animal science from Michigan State University and a master’s degree in finance and supply chain management from the Eli Broad Graduate School of Management at Michigan State University. She also has a Global Strategic Leadership Program Certificate from the Wharton School, Aresty Institute of Executive Education at the University of Pennsylvania.
