Victor Crawford

Victor Crawford joined the Alticor board of directors in 2026.  Most recently, he served as Chief Executive Officer of the Pharmaceutical segment at Cardinal Health, where he led the company’s largest business, a $166 billion operation with a workforce of 15,000 employees which serves healthcare providers across the United States.

Prior to joining Cardinal Health, Crawford served as Chief Operating Officer of the Healthcare, Education, and Facilities Segment at Aramark, a global food, facilities, and uniform services provider.  At Aramark, Crawford managed a portfolio of businesses with approximately $7 billion in annual revenues.  He also held executive roles at PepsiCo, Inc., including President of North America for the Pepsi Bottling Group, where he oversaw field sales operations generating $12.3 billion in annual sales.

Crawford’s board service includes current roles on the Board of Directors of Saputo Inc., a global dairy processor, and BelPak, a portfolio company of Red Arts Capital., where he serves as Executive Chairman.  He previously served on the Board of Directors of The Hershey Company and Dave & Buster’s Entertainment, Inc.

Crawford earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Finance from Boston College.
