ADA, MICH., USA – June 25 – Amway, the world’s largest direct selling company, announced the appointment of Victor Crawford to its Board of Directors, effective May 12. Crawford brings a wealth of leadership experience and a distinguished career in global operations, supply chain management, and executive leadership across diverse industries.

Crawford’s career spans over four decades, marked by significant leadership roles at major corporations. Most recently, he served as Chief Executive Officer of the Pharmaceutical segment at Cardinal Health, Inc., a nearly $200 billion integrated healthcare services and products company. In this role, he was responsible for the company’s largest segment, overseeing approximately $166 billion in annual revenues and a workforce of 15,000 employees.
Prior to Cardinal Health, Crawford served as Chief Operating Officer of the Healthcare, Education, Business Dining and Facilities Segment at Aramark, a global food, facilities, and uniform services provider. Crawford managed a portfolio of businesses with approximately $7 billion in annual revenues. He held executive roles at PepsiCo, Inc., including President of North America for the Pepsi Bottling Group, where he oversaw field sales operations generating $12.3 billion in annual sales. His experience also includes leadership positions at Marriott International and Federal-Mogul Corporation.
Crawford’s board service includes current roles on the Board of Directors of Saputo Inc., a global dairy processor, and BelPak Inc., where he serves as the Executive Chairman. He previously served on the Board of Directors of The Hershey Company and Dave & Buster’s Entertainment, Inc.
