Khan joins Amway from the Estée Lauder Companies where he most recently served as global head of brand technology and enterprise architecture.
Khan will cement Amway’s role as a leader in social commerce, empowering Amway Business Owners (ABOs) to connect with customers and run their businesses seamlessly.
In his role, Khan will lead global teams that are charged with:
- Pioneering the development of easy, seamless shopping experiences for customers.
- Driving Amway’s digital enterprise strategy and platform innovation.
- Creating alliances with leading digital and social technology partners around the world.
- Delivering business insights to Amway Business Owners via world-class data and analytics.
As global head of brand technology and enterprise architecture at Estée Lauder Companies, Khan led the digital transformation of the company’s global brands, consumer experience, product innovation, and supply chain. Prior to joining Estée Lauder Companies, Khan served as senior vice president of global e-commerce platforms for Staples and led the modernization and transformation of their global e-commerce capabilities. Khan has 25 years of technology leadership experience in Fortune 500 companies, marketing and advertising agencies, and startups across industries including consumer packaged goods, beauty, retail, pharmaceuticals, and financial services.
