Dalton DeVos

Dalton DeVos is a third-generation leader with lifelong ties to Amway. As the grandson of Co-Founder Richard DeVos and the son of Amway Co-Chairman Doug DeVos, he has been connected to the company since childhood and was inspired early on by its aim to help people grow, lead, and make a meaningful impact.

He has held several roles at Amway and currently focuses on portfolio design and global marketing. Dalton also serves as a company ambassador, representing both Amway and the DeVos family worldwide. His leadership is grounded in the Amway Founders’ Fundamentals—freedom, family, hope, and reward—which continue to shape his approach to business.

Beyond Amway, Dalton actively supports entrepreneurship and innovation. He invests in business, civic and nonprofit initiatives that promote lasting, positive change. He and his wife, Kelly DeVos, are deeply involved in their community, contributing to philanthropic efforts in education, health and well-being, all rooted in their shared faith.

Dalton holds a bachelor’s degree in business and marketing from Grand Valley State University. He and Kelly live with their son in Grand Rapids, Michigan.
