Micaela DeVos Richtsmeier

Micaela DeVos Richtsmeier is a philanthropist and engaged in her family’s leadership of several DeVos family-owned businesses, including Continuum Ventures and Wakestream Holdings.

Previously, Micaela worked in applied behavioral analysis at Pine Rest Christian Health Services, a psychiatric hospital and behavioral health provider in West Michigan.  She also has served in a variety of roles at Amway and Continuum.

Micaela and her husband, Jordan Richtsmeier, have a heart for philanthropy and provide support to causes that aim to have a positive impact on community, including Christian education, mental health, health and wellbeing, and initiatives that help meet children’s basic needs so “kids can be kids”, thrive and ultimately achieve their full potential.

She serves as a Spectrum Health Foundation committee member – an organization that seeks to raise, oversee and allocate funds to ensure patients and their families receive the quality care they deserve.

A Grand Valley State University graduate, Micaela earned a bachelor’s degree in psychology.  Micaela and Jordan live in Grand Rapids, Michigan.
