Michelle DeVos

Michelle DeVos is a businesswoman and philanthropist who engages in her family’s leadership of several DeVos family-led entities, including Wakestream Holdings, The Windquest Group and the Dick and Betsy DeVos Family Foundation.

Michelle DeVos is a hospitality and sports executive with a focus on Central Florida. She is the co-owner of Hamlin House, a Florida-inspired social and racquet club based in downtown Orlando, and is the co-owner and COO of Major League Pickleball’s Orlando Squeeze franchise.

With 20 years of experience in high-end hospitality, primarily within professional sports, Michelle has led fan engagement and arena operations for the Orlando Magic of the NBA. She played a key role in opening two major venues in Central Florida — Kia Center in 2010 and UCF Arena in 2007 — developing and executing innovative strategies to elevate the fan experience.

Michelle and her husband, Ryan DeVos, actively invest in community initiatives across Central Florida, with a focus on education and health and wellness. She chairs the board of the Orlando Science Center and serves on the boards of the Orlando Magic Youth Foundation and the AdventHealth for Children Foundation.

A graduate of the University of Central Florida, Michelle holds a bachelor’s degree in hospitality. Michelle and Ryan live in Central Florida with their four children.
