Amway™ brands become the first Skin Cancer Foundation Corporate Council Bronze Allies

All global Artistry Skin Nutrition™ and g&h™ SPF products now meet the Foundation’s strict sun protection standards

ADA, Mich., May 1, 2025 – Amway, the world’s largest direct selling company, has taken another leap forward in promoting skin protection and the fight against skin cancer. Recently, the company’s Artistry Skin Nutrition™ skin care and g&h™ body care brands were named Bronze Allies of the Corporate Council of The Skin Cancer Foundation, the world leader in skin cancer education dedicated to building awareness of the importance of skin cancer prevention, early detection, and prompt and effective treatment.

Amway’s involvement with The Skin Cancer Foundation began in September 2022, when the Artistry™ brand was named to the Foundation’s Corporate Council, a group of more than 100 U.S. and international companies and brands supporting the Foundation’s work to empower people to take a proactive approach to daily sun protection and the early detection and treatment of skin cancer. In April 2024, the g&h™ brand was named to the Council, strengthening Amway’s commitment and support.

Sealed in Trust
Eight Artistry Skin Nutrition™ and g&h™ SPF products hold The Skin Cancer Foundation Seal of Recommendation for either Daily or Active Use. This globally recognized and trusted seal is granted by The Skin Cancer Foundation’s Photobiology Committee to products meeting strict standards for safe, effective sun protection when used as directed.

Four Artistry Skin Nutrition™ products and two g&h™ products carry the Seal of Recommendation for Daily Use: Artistry Skin Nutrition™ Hydrating Day Lotion SPF 30, Artistry Skin Nutrition™ Balancing Matte Day Lotion SPF 30, Artistry Skin Nutrition™ Renewing Reactivation Day Lotion SPF 30, Artistry Skin Nutrition™ Renewing Reactivation Day Cream SPF 30, g&h™ Protect Body Lotion SPF 50+, and g&h™ Protect UV Sunscreen.

Both the global and U.S. versions of Artistry Skin Nutrition™ Multi-Defense UV Protect SPF 50+ have earned the Seal of Recommendation for Active Use, with g&h™ formulas soon to follow.

The Skin Cancer Foundation requires products to meet rigorous standards to earn its Seal,” notes Amway Chief Research and Development Officer Kristi Pelc. “We’re proud that Artistry™ and g&h™ products meet or exceed those standards – and we will continue to use this gold standard in future formulas.”

As mandated by the Seal of Recommendation Requirements, products carrying the Seal for Daily Use are required to have an SPF of 30 or higher, which safeguards skin from incidental sun exposure, like the kind that occurs over short periods of time. Those products sporting the Seal for Active Use are required to have an SPF of 50 or higher, which protects skin during extended sun exposure outside.
