Brian Kraus is Amway’s Chief Supply Chain Officer responsible for Supply Chain Planning, Procurement, Manufacturing, Engineering, Global Trade, Warehousing and Transportation across Amway’s global network. He ensures Amway’s products are sourced, produced and delivered with exceptional quality and service to millions of customers in over 100 markets and territories.
Kraus reports to Chief Operating Officer Asha Gupta and serves on Amway’s Global Leadership Team, the key executive decision-making body, body focused on shaping global strategy, strengthening company culture and enhancing Amway Business Owner (ABO) and customer experiences.
Kraus joined Amway in 2002. Throughout his tenure, he has served in key leadership roles, including most recently as Vice President of Global Manufacturing. In that position he led 2,300 people across 18 plants in six countries to safely deliver a consistent supply of cost-competitive, quality products to Amway’s markets.
He was also President of Global Supply Chain Planning and Project Management, where he ensured product availability for all markets, managed inventory investments and led Amway’s Idea-to-Market efforts, which focuses on product commercialization and solutions for ABOs. Kraus also served as Director of Global Procurement, Home Care Regionalization Program Director and Manager of Finance and Supply Chain.
Prior to Amway, Kraus worked for Deloitte Consulting as Manager of Finance Transformation Consulting Services, where he served clients across a variety of industries and led systems, strategy, acquisition integration and financial modeling projects. He also worked for National City Bank as a Corporate Banking Officer.
Kraus earned an Ed.D. from the University of Southern California, a MBA from Western Michigan University and a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Aquinas College. Kraus is a Project Management Professional, a Certified Management Accountant and Certified in Financial Management.
