Ryan DeVos

Ryan DeVos is an investor and leader in several DeVos family-led ventures, including Wakestream Holdings, The Windquest Group and Orlando Magic. Ryan serves as the managing director for the Magic and is a member of the team’s board of directors. His responsibilities include aligning the Magic organization with DeVos family values, strengthening community and partner relationships and contributing to strategic direction across basketball and business operations.

Prior to his tenure with the Magic, Ryan spent two years at the NBA’s New York office in the Global Marketing Partnerships group, managing high-profile relationships with brands such as SAP, Coca-Cola and PepsiCo.

A passionate advocate for Central Florida, Ryan plays a key role in the Magic’s community outreach. He regularly participates in initiatives such as the long-running Thanksgiving meals program, which has served thousands of people experiencing homelessness for more than 30 years. He also delivers gifts and holiday cheer to children at Parramore Kidz Zone, visits young patients at AdventHealth for Children and supports fundraising events like the annual Orlando Magic Youth Foundation Open golf tournament and Orlando Wine Festival & Auction. Beyond this, Ryan has contributed to relief efforts in times of need, most recently supporting the Heart of Florida United Way following hurricanes Helen and Milton.

In 2023, Ryan expanded his leadership in sports as co-owner and general manager of the Orlando Squeeze, a Major League Pickleball team in the nation’s fastest-growing sport. He is also co-owner of Hamlin House, a social and paddle club in downtown Orlando.

He serves on the boards of Dr. Phillips Center for the Performing Arts, Rollins College, AdventHealth for Children Foundation and Winter Park Chamber of Commerce. He is also a member of the University of Central Florida DeVos Sports Business Management National Advisory Board.

Ryan is a graduate of Rollins College, where he earned a degree in international business. He lives in Orlando with his wife, Michelle DeVos, and their four children: Kyler, Hudson, Lincoln and Beckett.
