New generation of Atmosphere™ units receives Seal of Quality from European Allergy Research Foundation
Ada, Mich. (March 20, 2018) – The Atmosphere Sky™ air treatment system from Amway has been certified as an allergy-friendly product after meeting the strict testing criteria of the European Centre for Allergy Research Foundation (ECARF).
Atmosphere Sky™ air treatment system will now carry the prestigious ECARF Seal of Quality, signifying that it underwent thorough scientific testing by an accredited, third-party laboratory. It met the standards created by ECARF’s leading international scientists and technicians for particle reduction, noise, odor and temperature, and is adapted to the needs of allergy sufferers. The standards are regularly updated to reflect the latest scientific research.

Atmosphere Sky™ air treatment system is the first Amway product to feature Internet of Things (IoT) program capabilities. There is a companion app for smartphones allowing users to control the unit from anywhere. The app has multiple features, such as the ability to adjust settings, order filters and monitor indoor air quality.
This is the first time Amway has applied for the ECARF certification, as it’s the first Amway air treatment product to be sold in Europe. In addition to ECARF, Atmosphere Sky™ air treatment system also earned the Allergy UK Seal of Approval, acknowledging its ability to reduce or remove allergens from air passing through the unit’s filter and its suitability for use by people with allergies.
