Biography
Yuka is inspired by her life in Tokyo, Japan. She shares everything on Instagram from the beauty and fashion of the city to the camping and fishing trips she plans for refreshment. “Amway is about sharing important things with important people,” says Yuka. “When I go camping, I invite friends and bring my favorite products to build relationships and broaden experiences.” Yuka’s adventures show followers the value of building a business, and enjoying the freedom it provides.

Amway Global: Why did you become an Amway Business Owner?
Yuka: I used to work as a model. It was a very hard schedule. I wanted my own income and to live by my own values. I wanted change. Now I am cheerful, happy, free and have more time for family and friends.
AG: What’s one of the most important lessons you’ve learned as an Amway Business Owner?
Y: You first. Me second. It makes me feel happy to make others happy.
AG: What advice do you have for those just starting their social media journey?
Y: Find your strengths and build content around your strengths. I love the outdoors, camping, beauty, diet, weight management – so I create content around those things. Live stream is a great way to interact and have shared moments with followers.
AG: Why do you plan extra activities to connect with people?
Y: Connecting with people through social media is good, but physical interaction is just as important. Face-to-face connections allow for deeper relationships and bonding in a way online interactions do not.
AG: How does wellness fit into your daily life?
Y: I do three things every day. 1. Drink water 2. Take Nutrilite Multivitamins 3. Walk
AG: What are your future goals?
Y: To live abroad! I travel 1-2x a year to experience different cultures and environments. You only have one life and I want to see as much variety as possible.
