Alticor Inc. (“Amway”) has adopted this Privacy Notice in order to inform you of its policies and practices with respect to information collected from the Atmosphere Connect app (“SKY”). Once you click the agree and login button, you agree that you fully understand and consent to the Privacy Notice and the practices it describes. This Privacy Notice applies only to information gathered on and through SKY and does not apply to any other information or websites not owned or operated by Amway. Please review this Privacy Notice periodically as we may update it from time to time. Your active consent applies to your use of SKY or any time you provide us with information every time we update this Privacy Notice or your withdraw of consent by ways described in this Privacy Notice. Amway complies with all applicable laws regarding data breaches.

We value your privacy and, unless otherwise stated in this Privacy Notice, will not share your personal information with third parties without your consent. This Privacy Notice further describes our data collection and use policies.

- Data that could identify you. Personally Identifiable Information (PII) is data that includes a personal identifier like your name, email address, or data that could reasonably be linked back to you. We will only share this data under the following circumstances:

- When your data is stored on your device, it is protected through the encryption (if any) that is already available on your device. This means that if somebody is able to access your device, they will also be able to access your data.

- When data is sent from your device to our third-party data storage provider, it is transmitted via encrypted channel and also encrypted when stored with our service provider.

- You can access or manage your personal information or de-activate your account in SKY according to SKY instructions. If you fail to access, correct or delete your personal information or withdraw your consent for us to collect and use your personal information in SKY, or need to access, correct or delete the personal information generated in your use of SKY, or want to withdraw your consent for us to collect and use your personal information, or think us has violated applicable laws or agreements with you regarding collection and use of personal information, please contact us via customer service hotline provided in this Privacy Notice.

- In order to protect your right to de-activate your account in SKY, we provide you with corresponding services in Amway’s offline stores. You can also contact by calling our customer service number (4006-888888-9-4). After the account deactivation is completed, you will no longer be able to log in and use the service through the account. We will stop collecting and using your personal information after receiving your account deactivation request and completing valid identity verification, and delete or anonymize your personal information collected by us through this service in accordance with the requirements of relevant laws and regulations.
- 为保障您注销帐户的权利，我们在安利全国线下店铺为您提供相应的服务，您也可以通过拨打我们的客服电话（4006-888888-9-4）联系我们的业务政策组进行操作。帐户注销完成后您将无法继续通过该帐户登录及使用本服务。我们会在收到您的帐户注销请求，完成有效的身份核验后，停止收集和使用您的个人信息，并按照相关法律法规的要求删除我们通过本服务收集的您的个人信息或进行匿名化处理。
- To ensure safety, we may need you to provide a written request or prove your identity in other ways. We will reply to you within a reasonable period (usually within 15 working days) after receiving your request and verifying your identity. Generally, we do not charge any fees unless the requests are repeated that exceed a reasonable limit. In that case, we will charge a certain cost depending on the circumstances. For those requests that are unreasonably repeated, require too many technical means (for example, may need to develop new systems or fundamentally change existing practices), bring risks to the legitimate rights and interests of others, or are very impractical (for example, involving information stored on backup tapes), we shall refuse the request.

- Successful use of SKY relies on the data storage, use, and/or sharing terms above. Therefore, if you do not agree to the terms above you should stop using SKY and delete the app.

- Notwithstanding the foregoing, you may opt out of sharing your location data by changing the settings on your device to no longer share your location information with SKY. Note, however, that opting out of the SKY’s collection of location information will cause its location-based features to be disabled.

How SKY process data of minors:

- Minors shall not set up account with SKY without express consent of legal guardian. If you are under 18, please do not provide any personal information to us unless you have obtained your legal guardian’s express consent. We will only use or provide such information in cases that such use or provision is permitted by law, expressly accepted by legal guardian or in order to protect the minor, if we collect such minor’s information based on legal guardian’s express consent. If we discover that we have collected minor’s personal information without legal guardian’s prior and verifiable consent, we will try to delete such information soon.
