PV/BV transfers are not available.

Consolidated Line of Sponsorship (CLOS)
Twelve Eastern European Amway markets: Croatia, Czech Republic, Estonia, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Turkey and Ukraine, are combined into a Consolidated Line of Sponsorship (CLOS) Region. This will allow all current and new ABOs and Members Plus to personally sponsor within and into each of these countries. Option of international sponsoring between the countries within CLOS Region is discontinued. (All businesses established before CLOS will continue to count according to international sponsoring rules.) International sponsoring from outside the CLOS Region continues to be available. If an ABO has no business in any of the countries that make up the CLOS Region, he will be allowed to establish one new business in the CLOS Region. An ABO or Member Plus who already has at least one business in the CLOS region will not be allowed to establish another one.

Purchasing Products
All Amway Business Owners and Members Plus purchase products directly from Amway.

Bonus Payment
Bonuses will be paid directly to all Amway Business Owners who have earned the bonus. Bonus payments will be paid by 15th of the next month.

Retail Margin
Retail margin or mark up for Amway products averages about 30% but varies with each product. The average retail margin for this market is 30%.

how to start

Registration
Member Plus classifications may register via internet using an email invitation send by Amway Business Owners or Member Plus. Completed online form is sent to Amway Polska. Amway Polska sends back via online Member Plus agreement and Welcome letter including contract number and PIN.

To become an ABO, one must register as Member Plus first and then follow required procedure of status change (offline). The registration fee price is automatically added to their first purchase.

Sponsoring
According to AMC model (described below in Distributor Classifications) in Lithuania, all interested persons/companies could be sponsored by Amway Business Owners or Member Plus.

Business Type

ABO – Amway Business Owner
ABO status in Lithuaniana can be obtained only by status change from Member Plus to ABO. An entrepreneur who signed a contract with Amway as a Member Plus and changes status to an ABO is obliged to sign an “Addendum to Member Plus Agreement Converting Member Plus into Business Owner Agreement” (available on www.amway-lithuania.com/ business centre/ Rules and procedures) and provide required by Amway business documents.

– Amway Business Owner purchases product at wholesale price and may resale them
– Recommends new Member Plus

Member Plus

– Any private of age person or legal entity
– Is obliged to sign a Member Plus contract or an online form, which may be send by his Sponsor
– Is obliged to pay a registration fee (circa 12 euro ); its price is automatically added to his first order
– After paying registration fee becomes a rightful Member Plus
– Recommends new Member Plus
– Does not receive Amway Sales Plan Awards and Rewards
– Purchases product at wholesale price

Establish a Second Business

International Sponsoring
International sponsoring is always an option and an excellent means of expanding your business while avoiding many of the costs and complexities associated with establishing a second business. Please note: For those markets where foreigners are able to establish a second business, they must be the international sponsor of their second business in another country.

If you have an Amway business in any of Eastern European CLOS countries you will use this Amway number for Sponsoring purposes (see Overview section for details).

Amway Poland offers two different statuses for foreigners, who do not have an Amway number in any CLOS country:

Member Plus
Available for all Lithuanian Citizens and foreigners, who are citizens of all countries, where Amway has opened an official office/or foreigners with residence permit in Lihuania. No other legal requirements. Member Plus have a right to purchase products for own use and may sponsor new Members Plus. No bonus or retail profit is received. Amway Business Owner
Registration of business, a local address and a local bank account are required. No purchase limits, full right to obtain bonuses.

ABO can become
– individuals who have business activity and are VAT payers
– legal entities which are VAT payers

Amway will accept following forms of business activity
– individual activity
– private limited liability company (UAB)
– public limited liability company (AB)
– sole proprietorship

Amway will not accept the individual activity holding a business certificate.

NOTE: Member Plus can always change status to Amway Business Owner. Also Amway Business Owner (if he did not obtain a Gold Producer status) can always change status to Member Plus.

All Amway Business Owners and Member Plus may place an order through:

Delivery of orders are free of charge if the order value is above 300 Polish Zloty (75 EURO) for whole order. If the order value is not over the required amount, a delivery fee of 30 Polish Zloty (7,5 Euro) is automatically added to the order.

New Member Plus can obtain a discount (discount does not exceed 222 Polish Zloty net – 50 EURO) when placing their first order for minimum 100 PV.

Amway Poland delivers products in two working days to Lithuanian addresses.

Returns/Refunds
Registration fee returns will be accepted six months from date of application submission.

All Amway products are covered by 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. This means that all Amway Business Owners and Member Plus have the right to return products to Amway Polska.

The returned products should be send to:
Amway Polska Central Warehouse, located in 05-800 Pruszków, ul. 3 Maja 8.

An invoice of purchase stating the reasons for the return should be returned with the products. Refunds will be done via A/R account.
