15% Level Differences – Award vs Performance Bonus
Please note that there are differences in the PV amounts for the 15 percent level for Performance Bonus versus Award levels.
– Performance Bonus Schedule: 4,500 PV applies to 15 percent level
– Award PV: 5,000 PV with a 21% group applies to Award PV for a Silver Producer month
All ABOs eligible for a bonus will receive their bonuses directly from Amway. Bonus payments will be credited to the ABOs bank account directly by the 15th of each month.
PV/BV Transfers are not allowed.

Retail margin for Amway products averages about 25% but varies with each product.

eBusiness Kit Purchase
For online sign up, eBusiness Kit may be purchased online via www.amway.sg/Shop/Registration/CustomerNewLanding.aspx
For sign up via application form (SA88 Form) submission, Sponsor ABO/prospect is required to purchase the eBusiness Kit (SA88 Form) at Amway RDC (Order Processing counters) or at Amway City Shop.
Cost of Business Kit
$70 Singapore Dollars (SGD)
Amway Singapore will be operated as a single market with Amway Malaysia and Amway Brunei. Business volumes generated in all three markets will be consolidated for qualification and bonus purposes. There will be no international linkage for sponsoring between these three countries.
Currently, there are no other classifications of ABO apart from the traditional ABO.
Establish a Second Business
International sponsoring is always an option and an excellent means of expanding your business while avoiding many of the costs and complexities associated with establishing a second business. Please note: For those markets where foreigners are able to establish a second business, they must be the international sponsor of their second business in another country.
Only individuals who are Singapore citizen/Permanent Residents (PR) can apply to become ABOs of AMWAY Singapore.

Business Kit Refunds
For current ABOs who joined prior to 1st January 2016, he/she will receive full resignation based on the ABOs joining fees upon submission of their business kit complete with literature, resignation letter and ABO card.
Products may be returned under the Customer Satisfaction Guarantee Policy.
Amway accepts return of BV items within 90 days from the date of purchase. Amway does not accept returned literature, audio-visual aids, pins, plaques, forms, accessories, and other promotional items and sales aids for replacement or for refund by Credit Notes from operating ABOs. The refund equals the original purchase price less Performance Bonus received and less up to 5% for handling, administration and shipping costs.
Products that have become NLA (No Longer Available) may not be returned after six months from its date of discontinuance.
The Amway Customer Satisfaction Guarantee
We stand behind the quality of AMWAY products. Anytime you buy an AMWAY product, you have the right to use for a reasonable period of time (within 90 days) to determine if it is satisfactory and if you want to keep it. Should you decide it is not satisfactory, please return the product (with at least 80% content unused) to your Amway Business Owner, who will offer you the choice to have it replaced without charge, receive full credit of the returned product for the purchase of another AMWAY brand product, or receive a refund of the full price.
In order to safeguard eithical conduct and effectively process merchandise returns, all goods returned must be accompanied by the packing list (pink copy) and the Customer Receipt (SA107), where applicable.
The Amway Satisfaction Guarantee does not apply to,
i. products that have been intentionally damaged or misused,
ii. AMWAY-distributed products, which provide a specific period for return, and,
iii. products covered by express written warranties.
AMWAY Water Treatment System is covered by TWO year manufacturer’s defect, iCOOK and QUEEN and Multi-Purpose Kitchen Shears are coverd by LIFETIME WARRANTY. ATMOSPHERE Air Purifier is covered by TWO years manufacturer’s defect warranty. Amway Lifestyle Catalogue products, Replacement Parts, COLOUR CREATION, Food and Beverage items are NOT covered by The Amway Satisfaction Guarantee.
All AMWAY products sold in Singapore do not contain placenta, pork nor its derivatives.
